Crime Alert – Attempted Robbery at University Oaks Phase 2
UTSA Alert: Attempted robbery at the University Oaks Apartments, Phase Two, at approximately 1:15 pm. Suspects are two black males wearing black hoodies driving a white Dodge Charger/dark tinted windows with temporary paper plates. Victim had recently returned from banking at Wells Fargo at IH-10 & UTSA Blvd., and believes he was followed by suspects.
