The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts has announced an “Emergency Preparation Supplies – Sales Tax Holiday” for April 25 – 27, 2020. During this tax-free holiday, you can purchase items to be used during emergencies, such as portable generators, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, tarps, batteries, and many other items.
