    Winter Break – Campus Operating Hours

    Attention:  UTSA Community

    Over the winter break, all classes and many business operations will be closed or operate on skeleton crew beginning Monday, December 22, 2014 through Monday, January 5, 2015.  Please be advised that most university buildings are locked during winter break unless otherwise noted.  The university will resume normal business hours on Monday, January 5, 2015.

    Alternate hours of operations for the following departments and activities at UTSA apply during winter break:

    Housing & Residence Life

    • For assistance, notify on-call personnel per the contact information for your community.

    Libraries

    • JPL – Closed December 24 – 26 & January 1, visit the library website for the full schedule
    • Downtown – Closed December 20 – January 4
    • AET – Closed December 20 – January 11

    Recreation Center & Field Complex

    • Recreation Center – Closed December 22 – January 1; Open January 2 from 6 am – 8 pm, January 3 & 4 from 12 pm – 6 pm
    • Downtown Fitness Center – Closed December 22 – January 1; Open January 2 from 6:30 am – 7 pm
    • Rec Field Complex – Closed December 22 – January 2

    University Center

    • December 20 – 7 am – 7 pm
    • December 21 – 12 pm – 9 pm
    • Bookstore open – December 22 from 8 am – 5 pm
    • Closed December 23 – January 4

    Shuttle Service & Dining Services

    • No Shuttle Service – Dec 20 – January 11
    • No Dining Service – Dec 20 – January 4
    • Visit UTSA Campus Dish for full dining service hours

    Institute of Texan Cultures Museum

    • Closed December 25
    • December 31 – 9 am – 3 pm
    • Closed January 1

    Financial Aid & Enrollment Services

    • Main Campus - Open December 22 – 23 & December 29-31 from 10 am – 2 pm
    • Downtown Campus – Closed December 22 – January 1
    • Both locations will be open from 8 am – 5 pm on January 5

    Research Laboratories – Open for researchers per normal protocols.
